I'm still really happy about Ang Lee's oscar win for this.

the last movie i watched was the master. i wrote more detailed impressions of it in another thread, but it was damn good. there will be blood is one of my favorite movies and i'd say the master is better filmmaking. i can't say whether i prefer it though. i'll have to let it sit some more and rewatch it.

As am I. I really liked the film, though sadly I think the best thing about it got the least amount of attention and that was Irrfan Khan's performance. His scene at the end of the film about life becoming an act of letting go is one of my favorite scenes of all of 2012.

I watched most of The A-Team the other night, but I fell asleep and missed the ending. It was alright in a mindless/stupid action sort of way.

It's great to see Middle Earth again. I found it to be a worthy film, even if PJ did take many, many liberties with the cannon. It's going to be my first blu ray buy. Can't wait to see the special features.

As a fan of the LoTR lore, I have no doubts that it's a great movie.

Bourne legacy- 3/5. Decent I guess. Not a fan of the series..

Rewatched both total recalls back to back. The original is a classic, but I think they're awesome in their own ways. 4/5 for both.
