 Hehe, you are 100% correct. The police departments here go through more prob-e's and fire more Constables than any career field or line of work.
 COP is a job for intelligent people that were too lazy to attend college. The pay is low, but it has good benefits, a good pension and only requires 20 years for retirement.
 Problem is to be a good cop you must be keen, but the compensation is low, so no one with potential wants to be a police officer. So the requirments to become a certified constable are low. Most of them are A-holes. It's getting wrse too, because they keep lowering the standards.
 It's alss the policy within America to blame COPS for everything and fire them to rectify the problem. While the criminals recieve compensation.
