I thought this was going to be about how you feel like you're dreaming because you're in love or something. I'm glad I was wrong :P And I don't know why but I've been feeling that way for about 9 years, and sometimes for a few seconds I feel real, but it doesn't last for long...
Last time i felt I was dreaming when I was awake, I was HEAVILY medicated on Vicodin, resulting from having my wisdom teeth removed. Vicodin + Looney Tunes DVDs = one fun afternoon.
