Is this a brown recluse?

I've been killing these all over my house, what are they?

i think it is a spider but i am not sure. If you have been seeing them everywhere in your house i would get the **** out of there.

I'm not sure what species it is exactly, but I have seen them before. I think it's a wolf spider.

Where are you finding them? Are they on the walls or near ground level? And where do you live?

So its certainly not that. It looks likea Wolf Spider to me. Theyre virtually harmless. Youre fine.

You'd be lucky if that were merely a brown recluse!

As an expert in arachnids, I can confirm that the spider in the photograph is a brown, ear-burrowing brain-eater.

Their babies enter the ear canal of a sleeping victim, eat their way into the cranial cavity and feast on the brain within. :shock:
