[QUOTE="chandlerr_360"]European politics is not correct in any way shape or form, epsecially with there drug and alcahol policy. You even said it yourself, the U.S. IS the dominant country on the planet, and rightfully so. Adopting free policy for both drugs and alcahol would not only degrade our culture, it would affect the overall health of country. So, let it be. Tolwan

European and American politics are bascially clones......

You sound to me like the averange ignorant yank....

Actually, you sound like an Ignorant European. Our politics are very different. For starts, we are a democratic Republic, which is a rare form of government in the modern world (I'm not saying democracy is rare, but the kind the US is based upon is not seen many placed). Second, the Conservative movement in the US is completely different than anything in most of  Europe. Even those called "Conservatives" in Europe are more closely related to Moderate democrats, and are nothing like Republicans in the US.

you're talking idealisms not politics....and you're generalizing to the extreme....there's 27 countries in europe and you're using 2, mabye 3, of them to judge the others......

enough about that.....answer this question please:

How is european politics wrong in any chape and form? We have a lower crime rate and a better economy....explain

First off, you dont have a better economy. The US Rates first in the world economically, China Second, and Russia Third, last i checked.

Sure, you may have a lower crime rate, but at what cost? I really dont like the socialistic culture that has formed in Europe, for many reasons. And when comparing politics/ideologies to Europe, i was using a large portion of the European Union. You really DONT have many that share views to that of America's conservatives.

Look....who's on the 1rst place ? The EU......

and don't come with excuses because it's wikipedia, both lists have links to the official websites

Socialistic culture? You really dont know what you're talking about....Just because we arent extreme capitalists doesnt mean we're socialistic...

Lets focus on what we can do to improve the US.

1.  Completely separate religion and government
2.  Focus much more on education
3.  Get rid of illegal immigrants

And I hate how America is always referred to as a whole, when actually the culture deeply ranges depending on where you are. Is someone in Texas the same as someone in Massachusetts? A million persent no. Seriously, the foreign bash is all from people who don't know what America is. I can picture the average foreigner thinking the US is just a bunch of fat, Mcdonald's eating, Coke drinking, Military fascist who want to take over the world. Typical. It's just a bandwagon I tell you. Someone says they don't like America and they join in without question, then before you know it people are afraid to say they like America because there are so many haters. Then the process continues....I can go on and on uggggggggggh...:?

The US legal system is a joke. Some people get ridiculous jail time for stupid things, while other people just walk over the legal system and hardly get any punishment. Blame it on lawyers, really.

First off, never use Wikipedia as a reference site here. But for sake of argument, I will use it to prove you wrong.

Second off, the EU doesn't even have a ranking on that list. Perhaps that's because the EU isn't a recognized country like its parts are?

Third off, the only reason why the EU has a higher gross domestic product is because it relies on a continental money system, the Euro, while the US relies on a national money system, the American Dollar.

I am, and I'm very nervous seeing some of the trends in the U.S. economy and dubious military acions, as the rest of the world develops, the corperations will find it more and more difficult to find cheap labor outside of the U.S. and this will in the end land a crippling blow to the U.S. economy when the current trend of economic imperialism can no longer be supported, and unless steps are taken to stop this trend now; placing priority upon issues of poverty, crime, education and job quality within the U.S. or the U.S. will be in serious danger....

Our military actions make me even more fearful, using enormous amounts of money to start wars in countrys that have nothing to do with us, this has been a trend for a while but nothing as large scale as we are seeing now, and it seems now that we may invade iran, an invasion of that stronghold will make iraq look like a cakewalk, it will cripple our economy, and tarnish reputation even more than the war already has, and that will enevitably lead to us attacking pakastan, and with that, that will be the end of the U.S. as a super power.

We need change now, before it's too late.

what i find disturbing is that liberals in our country are supposed to be caring yet bash social conservatives all the time. you really well find many who sahre conservative views, e.g. not killing babies in the womb.

If you honestly think that bashing is limited to one political ideology then you are sadly mistaken, but liberals do show a much greater degree of tolorance towards race, sex, gender ect....

A fetus is not a baby, the medical community has been cosistant on this idea......
