Is there anyone in your family/relatives you dislike?

As for me,I have a few. I have a brother I have mix feelings about. Now we are starting to slip by middle age I can honestly say I dislike him. Been through a busload of sh*t with him,endless childhood of bullying and still to this day don't like him personally. I have another brother I have'nt spoke to in nearly 30 years. I have a very broken family.

So gamers,do you have family members you just don't like or don't care for? Thank you for your replies>

One of my Aunts is in a cult and says the dumbest shit on FB.

Yeah, I won't get into this, but there is a certain branch of relatives that only deigns acknowledging us when they want something material and when you say you can't do it, they get mad. Or just simply plane ignorant about reality, for example, my god-mother had the audacity to say to us that we should give grandma to old folks home knowing full well that she will not survive there for long, and after being explained that we ain't going to do that to her, that we're going to take-care of her, she went all mad and decided never to speak to us again.

Oh where to start. No contact with one aunt and uncle and their kids due to aunt being manipulative.

Two other aunts I strongly dislike due to how greedy they are. They will ruin their relationship with their siblings due to greed.

Lucky enough to be on good terms with my family, especially my immediate.

With that said, I am thankful my parents are my parents and I wasn't born to my aunt or my grandma, for example (one being a bully, the other being a racist).

I think there's a trend where good parents aren't good because they excel at their role; they're good because they're less bad than their parents. I think as parents that is all you can try to be; less bad than your parents 😂

I get along with most my extended family, even though there's quite a few loons in the mix. Sure we all got them.

I don't dislike anyone. But I'm close to very few and keep my distance from the rest. Don't have anything against them, just a lack of chemistry.

As in, a member of a literal cult? Nowadays our politics are so polarized that many view simple disagreements as cultish.

Though I do consider my father to be a Trump cultist, but that has more to do with his degree of devotion at all costs, not necessarily what he believes.

I love my dad, but, I find him difficult to be around most of the time.

There's none a actually dislike but I have one aunt who I used to try and avoid. She asks uncomfortable personal questions and offers lots of advice without knowing much about the situation. As I've gotten older and just really don't have the time, energy, or desire to care about a lot of things anymore it doesn't bother me.

nah. some have some pretty bonkers political opinions or are into shit conspiracy theories but those discussions don't transform into breaking family bonds. there's no one in my family that i don't tolerate.
