Is it racist to hate the Facebook comments?

Because I kind of hate them. I keep trying to justify my hatred; "they're out of order" / "they lack context" / "they're mostly stupid even though the spelling is okay".

But, in all essence, I think i just don't like them because they're different.

Yeah, I figure racist isn't the correct term. But it's got to be some kind of "ist". The mere sight of a Facebook comment in the comments section of the reviews/articles/videos blah blah sends me into an almost apoplectic rage.

Damn Facebookers, they should go back where they came from.

Again, my apologies. It wasn't intended to be a troll thread, more an expression of the frustration caused by the incongruity caused by the facebook comments in the comments sections of articles - of course, the offensive element of the topic was somewhat exacerbated by my state of inebriation.

Getting upset at the mere presence of comments from a particular site is silly.

I don't think its the presence, so much as it is the fact that LiveFyre cannot seem to put the replies to the comments being replied to, which makes all of the additions out of place and illogical in flow. It really bungs up the whole thread of conversation.

But, yes, in retrospect, it was a silly thing to get upset about. I still wish they'd either get fixed or piss off, though.

Racist was a really bad choice of words even if there was a lack for a better word. Mostly because some OT members will gravitate towards that term and make some random points even if the topic isn't really about that.

I'm still in trouble for clicking 'like' on someones status about his dead wife - so I don't think I can really offer any insight.

Yeah, but you can see the positive aspect of hits vs. pissing off established users. I can't really begrudge GS the facebook invasion, I do have AdBlock turned on.
