I read this article on Wikipedia that seems somewhat accurate when looking at other countries:

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_countries_by_foreign-born_population

However, its says that North korea has a total of 46,813 immigrants. I don't see why anyone would want to live in North Korea. I've tried googling "North Korean immigrants" and found no results. Does anyone have any information on this? Thanks.

Well everyone can say anything from the outside but once you get to know the country it is actually an awesome place to live in.

One thing you may want to consider is how many of those immigrants are humanitarian workers. Other than that, I can't think of any reason why somebody would willingly want to stay there.

Yes, but I don't see why 46K people would want to live there.

@Master_Live: are you north Korean? Or live there ?

What's it like if you do ?

It's hard to find out any information at all about what it's like in North Korea because the country is so secretive.

I'm just really curious

@thehig1: I didn't think people who live there could come to forums like this. The might get a view of the outside.
