If a scientist comes up to you (at the moment you are the ruler of the world) and tells you that you can choose anything to use as fuel, but only one due to technology problems, what would you choose? I say cookies. A road trip and a nice snack lol

Most power generation uses oxygen anyway. Internal combustion engines, gas turbines, H2/O2 rockets, power plants that use a steam turbine (with the exception of nuclear and some solar)... basically all of it. And they use far more oxygen than fuel.

We already use Hydrogen/Oxygen as our primary elements of fuel, and there's no point switching to anything else because that's the most practical combination you can get.
