if you had powers would you use it for good or evil?

say you were the pope. would you visit, umm idk, ghana and give a speech condemning the use of contraception? a region where misinformation is already widely spread. a region where communicable disease is high and contraception might actually help change that.

the power religion has over people is amazing but what is even more amazing is the misuse of the power the leaders of these institutions exercise. i can think of no good reason why you shouldnt use contraception but of course i am not the pope.

polio has been all but eradicated in the world but it lives on in places like ghana because of the misinformation spread there by other religious leaders in power.
