I need a comedy Anime

I've been thinking lately: Are there any Animes that aren't all serious about everything and leen more towards story and all those things. I wanna see what comedy anime is like. Anybody know one?

Miht also add: I'm not bothered by crude humour.

I highly recommend School Rumble, Welcome to the NHK and Golden Boy.

Excel Saga

I usually don't laugh out loud at anything, much less an anime, but this show got me close.

Golden Boy is pretty funny, its only 6 episodes but its really good. I also remember laughing at an anime calld "Ghost Stories", but i never got to finish it and that was a long time ago

Um.. no. The humor in shounen anime generally sucks, yeah. Seto no Hanayome was pretty amusing though. So is Hayate no Gotoku.

Comparison:

A cartoon: Funny but notlife-likecompared to an anime. Easy to draw. Mostly poorly made.

Anime: An attempt to make more life-like. Good drawing, well made.
