There's a video add-on for Firefox like LA_lakers said. I think it's called GreaseMonkey or something.

This is what he is talking about... https://addons.mozilla.org/firefox/4318/ You need FireFox in order for it to work.

The Firefox extension will only download the .flv file which is not read by most players. You will then have to download an .flv converter or an .flv player.

What I do it go to is go to http://vixy.net/. From here you simply paste the YouTube video link, the site converts it to a format of your choice and then you donwload that file type.

U can use SUPER a program to change the format from .flv to ur preference... it's a free program.

No, you can pause it, fastforward, and rewind it.

As for add-ons, there's a bunch of them. I use one called "Ook? Video Ook!", and some other people have already linked different ones as well.
