Deadlift - about 210 Squat - about 180 Bench - (Doing math in head) 180 or so Not bad for being 150lbs (21 years). Although I can do some absurd weight on calf lifts because I play soccer. Was doing suspended 400lb calf raises on the smith machine yesterday and the ladies be mirin. Oh and speaking of shrugs; Barbell shrugs = 200, up in yo squat racks.

Last time I tried for my maximums I managed to break the "1000lbs club"

Bench 295lbs

Deadlift 390 lbs

Squat 315 lbs (though this was a 5 rep set as I don't like to do maximums on squats due to knee concerns) ..a max would pressumably be around 350 lbs.

Deadlift: 560 with straps, 530 w/ only chalk

Squat: 405, rarely go above 315. Always ass to grass.

Bench: 225 is about as high as I go on barbell, which I rarely do. I can rep 110's on db bench though.

I work out and eat a ton of food, but it looks like I have never seen the inside of a gym. :(

6'1" 180lbs

Forever scrawny.

Man, thats pretty darn thin. I'm 6'2 and weigh 215 and I wouldn't consider myself fat

Oh and I'd guess you'd bench somewhere between 115 and 135 once you had your form down. When you start lifting weights you are somewhat limited in weight because of a lack of technique. When I first did it I thought I could do a lot and had the weight literally free fall from the rack onto my chest

Have consecutively larger people sit on your back while you do pushups.

I was kind of thinking the same thing lol. I didn't realize everyone on a video game forum was loaded...or everyone from no matter where you draw professional sports teams aside.

There's a kid my age who's as tall as me, maybe a bit taller, and he's a lot skinnier. 3 years ago I remember being able to put my thumb and index finger all the way around his upper arm. He isn't even that bad, so I'm not that skinny either

Im aware that people on a gaming forum website can be physically fit like anyone else can, but every time I see a topic regarding physical fitness, a very high percentage of people put up really high numbers that would resemble someone that is in very good condition to whatever it might concern, I am definitely gonna call BS on some of these answers.

I've been out of the loop for a bit. Waiting for some weights to come in. But last I did was about 220 squat and 180 bench. I'm 6'4, 180lbs and its really, really hard for my body to bulk up. I need to consume unholy amounts of food. Also never ask the question "is this good for my age?". It's the worst question anyone can ask. Wait until your body has stopped growing, then you can compare your numbers to people who have the same size of body as you, as in similar weight and height.

I haven't tried in a while, used to be good but then give up.

My gf's brother can deadlift 310kg, he's a beast though.
