Religious people have better morale then non-religious when it comes to life and it's obstacles. Haha, sure they do. They have the placebo effect to their advantage(Praying/hope/faith etc...), non-religious people don't.
I was a miserable person until I learned to "love myself" and now life has been great. I assume many aren't happy because they continue to try the same thing over and over while expecting different results.
Religious people have better morale then non-religious when it comes to life and it's obstacles. Oh yea, but that's just called ignorance to me. Ignorance is bliss at times. I rather die from cancer randomly then have a doctor label me with an expiration date.

That's not necessarily true. Pain is as real and as just as painful to any human being, religious or not. Especially if we're are talking about mental pain instead of physical. Even the most religious people can struggle with the belief in God and feel helpless. Jesus shouted "My God, My God why have you forsaken me," when he was on the cross in pain. Point is that any person can be struggling with their lives, belief in a God or not.
Back to the question. That's a really hard question to ask. You can't really measure or feel someone else's happiness. You can only feel you own. It really depends on the person, too. Life has it's ups and downs. Their are times when things are not perfect but you still manage to be happy, and their are times that you feel helpless. I think it's most important to realize that one emotion can't last forever. Whether it being happy or sad, your feeling will change. Hopefully your change in emotions will not dictate your whole being.
Everyone I see in public looks somewhat happy, definitely more happy than sad. A lot of ups and downs happen to my friends. People need to be solid with what makes them happy

In what sense? Cuz if you mean stuff, yea probably. If you mean answers and truth, then they should always want more of that. General sense. I just don't think people appreciate what they have....
