Such a simple question, I feel like an idiot for asking. But it says I need to uninstall the apple quicktime mobile device supporter and iTunes and then reinstall iTunes, but I can't figure out how to do that. ITunes won't recognize my iPod Touch unless I do this.

What OS are you on? I'm on XP(And I've done this on my brothers vista), and all I do is go Start > Control Panel > Add or Remove Programs.

You need to delete your "System32" folder before you do anything. This is critical.

But you probably shouldn't.

Maybe iTunes requires it. On a Mac, it's built into the OS... so iTunes is just a single install.

Bonjour is apples ipod contro.... I Mean troubleshooting software. It's just bloated crap that no body uses but apple can't help but put it on your computer.

Bonjour is Apple's software for locating network services like printers, other computers, shared music libraries, etc.

I would guess that iTunes for Windows probably needs it in order to share music between computers on a network.
