[the meta waking, washing stuff] followed with a cup of tea and a sandwich and then i am going to work.
What about you guys?

Going to Work: Wake up, brush my teeth, put on lab coat, kiss baby mama and daughter as I leave home, go to Dunkin Donuts for coffee, arrive at work and go to GS to see how's everyone doing today.
Not at work: Wake up whenever and play video games cause I'm backlog as hell as of now and barely come to GS.
I get a shower shortly after waking up. Then, I make my lunch, make a thermos of coffee, have a bowl of cereal, and head to work.
Wake up, cuddle with the wife for a while, get up, brush my teeth, go for a run or some bball practice, take a shower, consider having breakfast but decide I can't be bothered and then work.
Bowl of cereal, half Cheerios/half Shredded Wheat, with a tablespoon ground flax seed in Almond Milk. Followed by a bottle of water drowning down a multivitamin and a fish oil pill. Boring and always the same, but also healthy and keeps the weight down. Tastes great also. I've changed my habits since beating Cancer.
I start my day with a cup of depression upon the realization that I am still alive in this miserable world
Then I brush my teeth and go to work
Yeah I know this reality is pretty phucked up, a true reality should be one that's more happy, and isn't so wrong as hell sometimes.
I start my day off with a shower, and strawberry soap and shampoo. then breakfast and brushing my teeth, and then... a little gaming on my 3DS, then on the computer, then... more productive activities I can think of doing throughout the day.
@SOedipus: Wait you work out without have eaten a thing!?
I do this too. I can't eat like at least an hour and a half before doing exercise without noticing myself more tired/uncomfortable. If I'm gonna do exercise in the morning I have a glass of water with some sugar in it to not fill my stomach with anything I might regret later. There's plenty of time for eating whenever :P
@ianhh6:
lol@sugar water . I remember that.
@AFBrat77:"Bowl of cereal, half Cheerios/half Shredded Wheat, with a tablespoon ground flax seed in Almond Milk."
Cheerios and Shredded Wheat, what an odd mix. Back in 2001, I mixed Frosted Flakes and Lucky Charms. You should try it. What does Almond Milk taste like?
@PSP107:
Almond Milk has a slightly nutty taste, as does the flax seed, but they work well together. Almond Milk is a good substitute for cows milk for those on a diet or those who want to avoid the bad stuff in processing of cows milk. It does not get quite as cold when refrigerated as does cows milk. The downside to Almond Milk is the lack of protein to start the day but there are other sources for that.
The ground flaxseed provides Omega 3's and fiber and is good for preventing Prostate, Colon, and Breast Cancer, all 3 of which are relatively common cancers in the Western World. And eat your broccoli! Perhaps the single best vegetable to prevent or retard cancers!
As for my cereal choices, they work for me and work with Almond Milk, haha as boring as they are. Loved Lucky Charms and Frosted Flakes as a kid, but I need to stay away from sugar these days.
Take a piss, wash my hands thoroughly and then begin to brush my teeth (no not with the urine). After that I shave, have a shower, gel up my hair and get ready etc. Once that routine is done and I'm looking smooth, I head downstairs and have a coffee with whatever I feel like eating at the time.
Hmm Let me see.
Bathroom visit, find clothes, Work out, do a 3 mile morning jog (also Work out, but I run every morning, I swap the other exercises by day of week), take a bath, go to Work. If I can manage to squeeze in a cup of morning tea it will be just great.
workout on weekdays, shower/eat, drive to work
weekends I'm usually nerding it up, biking, reading, w/e
