How do you feel about "in the kitchen" jokes?

A woman in the office raged at me for makin one yesterday, wondering how people feel about them in general.

I usually find them fairly funny, but in an OMG thats so wrong sort of way, but I still laugh.

As long as they're done in moderation and it's clear that the person is joking, I think they can be very funny. However, there are way too many people that say them way too often and then start treating women poorly.

I like them.

I think while they are light hearted to type on a message board, they aren't funny to say to someone you aren't close with in real life.

I mean, I couldn't care less about jokes on the internet. And I don't mind if my brother or close friends make "in the kitchen" jokes to me. But I would not like someone I barely know to make jokes like that in real life.

I loved them before they were worn down.

There is no place for them. In fact there is no place for jokes at all

I use them all the time, because the only people who would be offended by them are in the kitchen anyways.
