It's totally possible to eat your own ears, lips, eyes, nose, and skin, but the rest would be impossible. I guess someone could smash your head deep into your chest, but that wouldn't be considered eating.

Funny, i have discussed this with my (similarly humored) friend. Except we spoke of doing it whilst the rest of your body was tied up. We came to the conclusion it WAS possible, but it was most likely you would die in the process. First, bash your face off the floor a few times to dislocate your jaw, then bash away at your head (this is the part that would most likely result in death:P). Then, with your dislocated jaw (and therefore more flexible mouth) push your chin against the floor whilst pulling towards yourself. This would, in theory, make the jaw close up over a portion of the head. Once this has been done proceed to eat said head. .....:|
