eventhough i am from Bharat, i am yet to practice yogasanas. i do not know what is meditation really. what is one supposed to do in meditation?! something like try to think nothing?!

I have tried various styles of meditation, mostly Buddhist. I find thoughtful contemplation to be more effective than the emptying of the mind.

I do buddhist meditation from time to time. It's really relaxing and helps to keep your thoughts together. But yoga? No.

what is meditation?! i do not it could be of thinking and relaxing, as i am sure everyone is thinking something everything, please be precise and tell me what is to meditate here?! o yoga is form of excercise in my opinion.

Its really good if you can harness it correctly..... lately i have not been able to. There is something called EFT that I use constantly.... It involves applying pressure to certain parts of your body while focusing on any problem or positive experience you may have. I thought it wouldn't work, but it works amazing! yes I do yoga also.
