It's pretty damn hard to "cure" viruses since there they differ from host to host and need a very specific drug that doesn't target healthy cells. So I wouldn't bet a drug for Ebola will pop up any time soon, mostly just various "inhibitors" to improve your chances.

The classic "I know something that you don't so I'm better than you" routine. There are a whole host of conspiracies out there to the true origins of diseases that were first reported in Africa and most of them are related to racist white men creating them to kill off black people. It's just a matter of guessing which conspiracy theory you believe is true.
Not concerned about ebola at all. As a CNA I deal with infections like C-Diff (one not know outside the medical field but is pretty nasty. Like disentary) and MRSA (an infection that basically haunts you for life) and those spread in the same was as ebola yet I have never got it.
I would be more worried about that really bad respiratory bug that has been hitting schoolchildren recently...

Get yourself a colloidal nano-silver generator and make your own "cure" at home. That alone will surely give you a hell of a higher chance of surviving this crap than the shit that big pharma would like to poison you with.
