In the bible and in Egyptian times people thought of cats as deities that could perform miracles and such feats as flying.

We know learn they were just used as weaponry. Talk about lost in translation!

I care to know where you got this info about cats in the bible. I don't remember reading anything worthy about cats in the bible, nor have I ever been taught anything about cats being special.

Like I said. I care to know where you got this info about cats "IN THE BIBLE". The Sphinx is a statue, not the bible.

WTF?! Anybody with a head on their shoulders already knows the far right lunatic fringe doesn't believe in science other than a means to persecute Christians religious freedoms and blah blah blah.

The Sphinx was is about 2,000 years older than the Bible, and they have absolutely no correlation.

1.) The bible is NOT the oldest book in existance.

2.) You're evading the question.

You mentioned in original post, that cats were mentioned in the bible.
Aside from "whateverthe****hisnamewas" escaping from a den of lions, I dont recall any cats receiving special mention.

He didn't escape. When they opened the door, he was still there, but instead of the lions eating him, they were as pets and didn't attack him.

You are right about him avoiding the question though.
