Not really, this guy lived till 93 and actually achieved something with his life. Sure I would be sad if I knew him but it's not like this is some tragic young death.
What makes his life more important the lives of other people? Just he invented something that allows humans to be more lazy then they already are. We should just stand in silence every day because that is how many people die.....
