Dumb insults?

I've said this here before, but I think "neckbeard" is a really dumb insult. I don't understand how having hair on your neck should be considered scorn worthy. I equate it to the "milk drinker" insult from Skyrim; in other words, it makes no damn sense. I think "mouth breather" is rather stupid as well.

I find comparisons to certain body parts to be rather strange insults considering these body parts in question are pretty much the greatest things ever. :(

Generally speaking I find the assortment of insults linked to political correctness incredibly dumb, especially when they pop up in discussions. I'm using the term political correctness rather broadly. They serve no purpose other than antagonizing and demonizing people and discrediting them with no actual argument, not to mention that from there onward the discussion can no longer go any further as all roads of having a decent and intellectually stimulating discussion have been blocked. Usually I interpret it as either bankruptcy on the part of the opposing party or delinquency.

I create insults all the time that don't make sense so, I'll just post "anal dick" as one of them.

Politically correct needs to just fade away in general.

Its hard enough as it was to visit the US for 2 weeks being Australian and not accidentally insult anyone.

I'd say the list of "terribly clever" insults is quite a short one...

It will just give it some more time and it will suddenly collapse and become yesterday's news. People will be looking back in time and saying "I can't believe people used to observe and believe in such inanities lol".
