Drake: More Life ?

I like Drake always check his albums except IYRTITL. I listened to zero rap in 2015. Drake has a new album More Life. It had the most Day 1 streams ever according to Spotify.

There's a verse on More Life where Drake says he was angry on Views which makes that album even more interesting. This album has too many love songs for me. Then there's the Caribbean tone for some songs.

There has been so many recent rap albums I replay everyday like Kid Cudi, Ab Soul, Big Sean, J Cole, even Future. Finding it hard to find a good song on More Life. Views, I played once and that was it.

From the most objective standpoint I can reach Drake did his thing. This is a Drake album that will sell, play on the radio, at home, and in the club.

How do you feel about More Life or rap in general?

I haven't really cared for Drake since So Far Gone. He sings way too much and it's always about women. There's a reason there's all those Drake sad memes out there. I still check him out, though, because occasionally, his rapping is good. Haven't heard his newest one yet, though.

@JustPlainLucas: So Far Gone is my all time fav mixtape. My favorite song on the mixtape is The Calm. I do enjoy his other albums nothing can top So Far Gone.

More Life, according to Drake, is not an album, but a playlist. I think he called it as such, because he knows it is not very good.

What does that even mean?

I dont know, but Drake is not calling it an album, opting to call it a playlist. It's a pretty Helter Skelter throw together of tracks imo. I dont know how calling it a playlist changes the fact that it's kind of a mediocre mixtape, but whatever.

Better then views, and it has some really good tracks and features but meh. Drake is ok, but not amazing imo. I did like him a lot in the past though.
