Does This Happen To Anyone Else....?

Sometimes when I'm on the internet, a bunch of new windows will open with the same website that I was on. It just goes on and opens 20+ windows of the same thing and the original window eventually freezes up completely. Once it stops, I have to close all of the windows and bring the internet back up.

I just want to know if it happens to anyone else, and if there's a way to make it stop...

I use ad block plus but even better still is no script, nothing can be opened or installed with out your say so that way.
