Not in a long time. Its probably been about 13 years since I have picked up a 20 sided die. I used to play D&D,shadowrun,rifts,all the world of darkness stuff. But like I said that was a long long time ago.
Did it a couple years ago - was like gaming cheesecake, OK in a small bit, but you don't want to much or you'll turn into a lardy dolt. Had fun while I did it though.
I did that a lot in the '80s but I've never gone back to that. Every once in a while somebody I know tries to put a session together, but so far the plans have always fallen through.
Yea, every Friday a couple of us at a video game club play DnD instead of actual video games which is kind of ironic in a way but meh. I'm Yotsuba (Four Leaf) and my deity is Moot.:P (I'm a Cleric and needed a deity but didn't want any of the ones DnD had. Once the Moot idea came up things just went that way.) The funny part is, despite having the most comical character, I'm still probably the one who takes it the most serious and wants to know everything I can possibly do. (I had never played a pen and paper game prior to this.) Example, I'm starting to wish I asked for Moot's favored weapon to be the Gnome Hooked Hammer instead of a Warhammer. (logic behind either of those is a ban-hammer.;)) Trip attacks with a weapon, 1 1/2 times strength bonus to damage rolls, damn I'd be better off. Edit: Wait, I just read I can use a one handed weapon in both hands to give me the 1 1/2 strength bonus, nvm cool....... Still would of liked the trip attack thing, that could of come in handy.
