Well, I have made a thread regarding the Jays @ Cleveland (or their new prefer name, Believeland). So why not a thread about the NL Championship.

So far the Cubs lead the series 1-0 give thanks to a lucky grand slam and Dodgers manager poor decision of forcing load bases.

As a South-sider, I can admit my Jealousy of the Chicago Cubs, because we only won a world series 11 years ago and we have not been the same since. Still would like to see the Cubs lose for teh lulz.

If the Jays can't win, I want to see the Cubs finally do it. It's been long enough.

I want the Cubs to win in any event. My Red Sox are out.

We might as well be able to add sports discussions in OT since the sports forum is essentially dead.

I don't like the RedSox but I wanted them to beat those Indians and they failed big time.

I don't want the local Cubs to win either. Maybe in 2020.

I'm really excited for the cubs but because I live on the north side of Chicago I'm a bit concerned the fans may burn down the neighborhood and roll my car over in the street if they win the World Series. I'm torn about how I want them to do.

If they make it to the final, that might happen whether they win or lose.

@PSP107: Fun fact of Cubs fan, when they made it to the NLCS, they felt like they won the World Series after game 1, but whenever they lose a game, they feel like it's the end of the world. LOL

I can't imagine the Cubs losing two in a row at home. Dodgers made the series interesting while the Cubs' bats slumped, but seeing them put up 18 runs in the past two games vs. just 6 leaves me with little hope for LA to turn this around.

A goat didn't enter the game in 2003, 2007, 2008 and 2015.
