When I turned 16 I worked with my dad full time as a window cleaner, started at 4am and finished at 12pm or later, mon-fri and sometimes sat. I got 300pounds a week.
I had a paper route for almost three years in junior high. I worked at a Hallmark store for basically my entire junior year of high school and into the summer a bit (so basically fall 2007 to summer 2008). I haven't had a job since then, but I'm going to need to get one at the end of this school year or at the beginning of the summer. I'm going to college in the fall.
yes i have worked before over the summer but never here at home i have a social dissorder so i cant be around alot of people that much so i will have to work at night.
yes. i'm a senior in high school and i have a job at a machine shop making aircraft parts. during the school year i only work 5-7 hours on saturdays and on days off but during the summer i've worked 55 hours (11 hrs a day monday-friday). could have even worked another few hours on saturday but i wanted to rest. it's hard to get up at 4 for 5 days. i don't plan on sticking there though, i'm going to college.
I sold candy, pop, gum, and energy drinks every single school day my senior year in high school. Besides that I used to waiter at a Chinese restaurant.
Yeah I work. Senior in high school, work at a local burger joint. Been working there since the summer before my freshman year. It's OK. I work about 12 hours a week, only weekends.
i do i also have my own car, house, and i'm 21, though i don't know why people don't believe me seriously how young do i look.......yea i do two jobs sometimes which explain that part
I worked on winter so I could buy my friends and myself Christmas presents. I made almanacs for local business owners; it was kinda depressing but it was worth it. When I get to college, a part-time is going to be must for me; studies can be so expensive, thinking about it gives me a headache.
Right now I don't work, but I'm looking. I have worked in fast food before for like 10 months from the August '07 to June '08. I quit a few weeks before my high school graduation.
