Do you guys vote for candidates that run for positions in your city ? I honestly have to say i don't for the city i live in, which is no SF. I work in San Francisco, and i used to vote when i was in the city of San Francisco. Many years ago i moved to South San Francisco, and now to the East Bay, and i don't vote often. I need to get more involved with my city officials. I know more about SF, because i read the SF Examiner, and all news seems to be about the SF city. Its messed up, i'm messed up. I'm here all day, every day. I wonder how it would be, if you had to work in the city you live in ? DAng, that would be very strange, you would know everyone from town, lol ..

This article like 2 weeks ago had me cracking up about bay area transit commuters, by Broke Ass Stuart. Here is a link below, and today he is in the paper running for major, lol .. Its a long shot, but it would be funny if everyone just voted for him.

It's kind of the whole basis of our provincial government to vote for who you want representing your area.

It's kinda obligatory here ...they look at your history of participation when hiring you in all state departments and positions.

i haven't much but probably should. the last dipshit city supervisor my town piled up a boatload of debt before she eventually got replaced. now we're all paying the price ( literally ) for her ineptitude.

When I bother to vote which is less and less the older I get. I've grown tired of always trying to decide between the lesser or evils.

For mayor and councilor positions.

I voted for our current mayor because he's the first politician I mostly agreed with. Amazingly.

Most of the time, yes. The only reason I wouldnt is if I had done no research in what I would be voting for
