No, if the stomach acid kills the virus before it reaches the bloodstream, then they can't, unless they contract it through a direct blood transfussion.

wrong, a virus doesn't need a living host just living cells ;) and a vampire is alive, i think? if they weren't then they couldn't breathe or anything- and undead isn't right because they wouldn't have as much energy (you need ATP to have energy) -- so vampires are alive (if they existed) like zombies just walk around and **** but it's impossible... so yeah

Exactly, soconditions of this sort don't work on them, but they may be able to transfer hiv back to humans....as long as they don't make them vampires.
