Yes there is life after death, for all the people who didn't die and are still living.

There's no such thing as after life. Once you're dead, you're gone forever and you'll sleep for an eternity.

Living after death really defeats the purpose of death in the first place.

I think Death has enough emotional issues as is, we don't need the existence of another life trivialize his otherwise mundane, gloomy job.

If there was no "life" before you were alive (what was it like before you were born?), why would there be "life" after?

There's no way to know for sure. I'll find out when I die.

It'll be cool though if we come back as another human baby and start a new life, and the cycle just keeps repeating.

I never died so I don't know.  I'd like to think some part of our spirit remains after we die.  Would be nice...

As much as people would like there to be another life after death there is absolutely no evidence that there is a life after death. I mean was there something before you were born? There wasn't anything before you were born so why should there be anything after you die?

I think that after you die, that's it. Game's over. We need a functioning brain to be alive and after death our brain simply stops working so basically we are gone. Then there is decomposition in the ground and that's probably all there is to it.

So sorry guys but I just don't see the evidence that there is life after death.

But different planes of existence do not really exist and so do spirits probably. And if different planes of existences and spirits exist then I believe they must obey the laws of science and physics and chemistry, just like everything else.

But my mother just told me that there is no life after death and that this life is probably all there is. So who should I believe, you or my mother?
