What's the difference in the curries of this region anyway? I've eaten all of them and they taste similar.

There are two types of curries, one veg another non veg, then there are variations in them also. One can be very rich as Chicken Butter Masala or light as Chicken Rezala.

What curries have you eaten ? If you can name them i can try to provide more info regarding what spices or special ingredients are used for the following :)

tbh I really don't pay much attention to the names and the specifics but iirc, Bangladeshi and the Indian curry are what me mom usually cooks. Both veg and non veg variants are used. I'm not really a big curry fan so that maybe the reason I can't differentiate between the tastes.

Thai, Japanese, haven't really tried Indian curry. Haven't heard of good Chinese curry, every place that has is it is half assed and disgusting than again there isn't even a Chinese place I know of that dedicates to curry anyway.

I'm gonna have to go with Indian. My mouth turns to water just thinking of the taste of spicy Indian beef (kidding).

Indian curry for me. I was going to say Japanese curry. But then, I remembered the curry restaurant I used to frequent in Japan is Indian-owned. The owner is an Indian chef who immigrated there and has a Japanese wife. Nice guy to talk to.

It makes more sense if the question was between Indian or Thai curry, 'cause the Chinese don't have curry in the sense of Indian or Thai ones.

Yep, but i live in a city where no elephants live except Zoo lol. But if you wish to see sightseeing of our nature and animals i suggest taking Jim Corbett national park (Nainital belt) where mode of transport in tourist places are elephants in vast jungle. There are awesome tourist places there where you and wifey can take elephant ride as much you guys want, also see royal indian bengal tigers :)

Whoa. That's pretty sweet. The only things involving elephants I found was in South Africa, and I don't really want to go there.

Last time I talked about food on here I got a warning because I said it put me off for life that I was been racist. All I said was that it made me feel sick and it put me off eating that kind of food. which I dint think for one bit was racist.

I prefer Thai curries, but various Indian curries and Japanese curries are also great.

I...can't say that I've ever really heard of Chinese curry, tbh.
