I do quite a bit I like to get my room nice and cool before I go to bed and make sure my bed is set the way I want it earlier so I don't have to fuss with it after I brush my teeth. So what about you guys do you look forward to sleep?

Well, I'm a manager of a security company. I'm pretty much on call whenever one of my officers call off. I want to look forward to some sleep, but it never goes as planned as I'm anticipating incoming bad news. I'm always sitting on pins and needles thinking that I'm going to receive a phone call that destroys my appetite for a good nights rest. It is a pleasant feeling whenever I'm able to get some peaceful sleep though....

I looooooooooooove sleeping.

Those people that are like "sleep is the cousin of death" are full of shit. Sleep gives you energy. It makes the waking hours more enjoyable.

Plus being tired just plain sucks.

Believe me, I know; I have sleep apnea and before I got my CPAP machine I was tired all the time no matter how much sleep I got. Now? Oh man, so much energy. One of the best decisions I ever did. Folks, if you snore, go do a sleep study. Your insurance should cover it.

Enjoy a long sleep, but don't look forward to it, typically try to stay awake as long as possible.

I have problems going to sleep when I should and then want to sleep when I need to be awake doing things.

love it but certainly do not get enough, which is unfortunate because there are so many general health benefits to getting proper amounts of sleep.

need to work on making it more of a priority.

Oh yeah. I go through phases of insomnia. So sleep is always appreciated when my mind allows it.

I love sleep. Never feels like I've actually slept though.. Maybe it's just that time of year when you go to bed (10pm ish) it's light, you wake up it's light (4 am ish depending on cat)..! ;-}

Plus you have hassle of neighbours doing DIY on their houses nearly every day disrupting work. Power tool central.. Too much stress.. :-{

Sleep seems to be my enemy... it's not that I don't like it, but it doesn't like me. I can close my eyes for hours in a pitch black room and not fall asleep until my body and mind decide I can. It's a curse I can't turn off due to hyper vigilance.

Sometimes I wish that I could just lay down and take a nap...

i love sleep but i won't put up with its shit. i'm going to sleep one way or the other.

great when it's entirely natural, read a little before bed, watch a little tv, head hits the pillow and zonk i'm out like a light. but sometimes it doesn't come naturally and i have to force the issue with some additional help from my old friend diazy pam. give her twenty mins or so to work her magic and then i'll sink into the pillow, dead to the world, sleep through til morning. nice try sleep

Yes, I would think most people do. It gives the body and mind a chance to rest and reset.

I used to but I've developed health problems that make sleeping on a good day more trouble than it's worth. I stay awake until I collapse and do it all over again. It sucks but whatever.
