Like for security reasons, do you have the paranoia of locking all doors and windows before heading to bed?

I live in the city. The front door and backdoor are always locked. Doors inside the house, no. Our windows cannot be opened from outside without violence, and a lock won't protect you then.

Well if your talking about the front and back doors leading into the house hell's yes. There no place on this planet that not doing that would be a good idea.

I could be living about a hundred miles from the nearest person and I'd STILL make sure the doors were locked before going to sleep.

It's so simple to lock your door, you'd almost have to go out of your way not to lock them.

I always make sure that all the doors are locked and the windows closed every night and when I go out, considering that people today would steal everything and anything then it would be stupid not to.

It's the same here. I have tons of neighbors that just leave their front door wide open all day and don't ever close their garage doors or anything.

Exactly. Regardless of where you are, it is never anything but stupid to not lock doors at night, or when you're gone. It's one of those things where, even if you don't feel like there's a real strong reason that you SHOULD, there's never a strong reason that you SHOULDN'T.

Of course. I was amazed whenever I watched a Michael Moore documentary that revealed that Canadians don't lock their doors when they leave their houses. Has to be exaggerated.

Lols. I was just talking about this with my roommate the other day, and he was saying there's some places (like in parts of Canada) where everyone is so trusting, and crime rates almost nonexistent, and people just don't lock their doors. I said, "those people are idiots". And he was like, "no they're not, it's just part of the culture where they are". So I called up a guy I know who lives in a neighborhood like that, in Canada, and I said, "dude, do you lock your doors when you're not home, and at night?". He said, "hell yes I do. most of my neighbors don't but they're idiots".

Are we talking about doors to our house, or doors to our rooms?

Front and back door of house is usually always locked. I don't lock my bedroom door (or any rooms in the house), but I do keep it closed (even though my mom fvcked up my door knob, so it doesn't close all the way) to prevent my pets from getting in there, and then being left in there when I close the door later because, they'll just crap in my room, and I never like that lol.

hmm if i had a gun i'd end up shooting myself mainly because i wud drop it by accident on my foot and end up shooting my face since i always get dem headshots
