I have mixed feelings about corn dogs. I want to like them, but then I can't figure out what to dip them in. I can't decide which condiment is better, or just plain. I'll never understand you, corn dog.

Looks like it's sausage in cornbread of some sort on a stick. I could easily go for one right now, with some Heinz ketchup.

We call them Pogos here in Manitoba too. I'm pretty sure it's the brand name.

@MlauTheDaft: "I could easily go for one right now, with some Heinz ketchup."

Why Heinz specifically?

anyway, I don't remember the last time I had corndogs.

Never had one, but they look like hotdogs with some coating. As I have mixed feelings about hotdogs, I imagine I'll have the same attitude towards them.

Never had one as I live in the UK. Imagine I would though, what's not to like!? Our nearest equivalent is probably the humble battered sausage which I love. Especially in a beer batter!

@PSP107: It's just my favorite readily available ketchup :) That and Beuvais are the highest grade supermarket ketchup around here; I'll stop before I start sounding like some weird tomato fetischist.
