Yes. Especially in a fresh salad!
Pro-tip: If you don't fancy veggies, try making a goulash or casserole, they meld of flavors makes everything tasty.

Same.
Dia-beet-us, blood pressure, cholesterol, etc.
Lima beans, kidney beans, any kind of beans.
I like the frozen mixed bag vegetables.
I don't usually eat vegetables at home but if I'm hungry I would eat anything even a plain lettuce.
@carljohnsoncj: Yep I eat them and you should too! You just need some good recipes.
Since you’re into fast food, I have great reduced meat burger recipe. I freeze tofu and then unfreeze it. I press all the water out and then blend it with grounded beef (or other meats). Add some flavour salt/pepper/stock, make your patties and pan fry.
Hell yes, I try to incorporate veggies anywhere I can.
Love me some fiber, make my turds rock-like. Scours the colon.

I do something similar but with mushrooms; mushrooms mesh really well with beef, so if you grind them up pretty fine and mix them into the beef, it's really great; enhances the flavor, adds nutrition, and reduces the total amount of beef needed.
Yes I do. If you have a hard time eating them, try adding a pinch of salt and pepper. Cauliflower with soy sauce is also a great idea.
I like to mash up cauliflower, and mix in some butter, garlic, salt, and pepper while mashing. Comes out tasty.
Vegetables have never been a problem for me, even as a kid.

That sounds good. I used to work at a restaurant where we would have a container full of confit garlic which you could easily add to almost anything to give it a nice mellow garlic flavor.
I'm more of a carnivore / pasta / grain eater myself, so I don't tend to eat my vegetables. I will however eat a can of pineapples, carrots, spinach and green beans every now and then.

On the flip side, you can shop it up into small pieces, do the above, but add in shredded cheese for a more savory side.
