Im proud to be non-american.
Of course not. Our policy is imperialistic in nature, and is the cause of many of our issues. 9/11 is a result of our foreign policy, which is also linked to our war in Afghanistan and Iraq, as well as the resulting tensions between us an many of the Middle Eastern states. However, I guess if you believe in "beating the n**** till he obey's", then I guess you would agree with it :Srimnet00
I guess you were just as excited as I was to hear that the United States is engaging in a multi-billion dollar arms deal with the government of Saudi Arabia.
Saudi Arabia ....hmm :(
U$ supplying arms to another Terror regime nation ,
an who did they do thatwith in that area last time ...? ho-hum .....

Yeah, and people wonder why so many Arabs hate us. We supply the freaking regimes that get rich at the expense of their own people. They cut off heads, hands, and other limbs in public forums for simple crimes on a weekly basis while controlling all aspects of their peoples' lives. When they hear that we give their government the money and weapons systems that provide the means for their hegemonic domination over their lives, how are they supposed to view the U.S.?

it caused a whole lot of it thoughI think that from now on, every time they vote to go to war, one third of them, selected in a random drawing, should have to fight in it as a member of the army.
And when they do, they should get paid what a private gets paid. Come to think of it, maybe that's all they should get paid to begin with...
it caused a whole lot of it thoughMr_sprinkles
That wasn't the subject at hand...I was correctly misinformation.;)

If by excited, you mean rather pissed, then yes. When I heard the news about this recent plan that Bush is heading, all I could think of was an attempt to mirror the Iran-Iraq war in the 80s. Except this time, it is to let the Saudis and Iranians duke it out. Not good.
