Some do. My girlfriend called me at 2 AM in the morning on tuesday to tell me that she got Halo 3. She's lucky I was still awake.

Not every woman likes video games, obviously, interests differ as we're all individuals. Just like how not every guy is going to like games either. And those of us in both sexes who play games enjoy different things... same with musical interests, taste for food, and so forth.

Just like with guys. Some like video games, some don't. Generalizing half of all people wouldn't make much sense.

Yes my sister loves to play Mario world on my moded XBOX and sometimes ask me if she can play Halo 2 campaign with me. And she constantly bugs me to get of the PC so she can play.

my friend loves kingdom hearts (disney fangirls who don't see it for the awesome rpg it is ftl!) and when my sister first got her hands on guitar hero that's all she did the entire day... play guitar hero... so yeah there are gamer girls out there...
