Did i do anytihng wrong??

Just a question lol.? just kindah curious thoughh?

anyways it started when i was at the college library and all i said to this one girl who i knew for a moment was "hey hows it going, then what you be up to" as soon as she replied "nothing much, im kind of busy right now" i immediately went to a diff comp far away from her, as soon as i realized my computer i went far away from her at was totally messed up. long time loading- and freezing constantly i went to the only computer which was kind of close to her i didnt do nothing to her though-i said nothing and did nothing, i didnt even look at her lol. all i was going to do was revise my essay and study on some mathlab. later on though she thought i came over there just to bother her which i didnt, she made all these b/s lies about how i was hitting on her. next thing i know i got arrested with 105 dollar fine, thing is i got arrested based on no evidence what so ever, i immediately left her alone after she said she was busy. what other evidence they have? maybe the only thing i did wrong was talking to one chick who i truly thought was someone else. like i said though no evidence, and i can probably call a lawyer and take legal action because i thought the sitaution itself was kind of racist, unless you think differently? what you think i should do really though, i need some advice? should i sue her or whatnot? or just pay the fine and let by gone be by gone.

If the story is as straight forward as you say, and there aren't any other facts that were omitted then of course you didn't do anything wrong.

You attempt to make conversation but she indicates that she doesn't want to talk. You sit at an available computer.

Somehow the police arrive and look at this situation and think "ello ello ello! a man sitting at a computer and there is a woman in the immediate area, this looks like a case of harrassment to me Dear Watson!"

You get fined because someone accuses you of harrassment and the police swallow that BS with no evidence.

Yeah basically you described the whole incident lol. they didnt even give me time to describe what really happend.

just put me in a school jail (one next to campus) and that was it. if i continue this offence i might go to downtown jail.
