Remember that woman who sued McDonald's because she burned herself with spilled hot coffee? Well, this lady intends to match her.

Northlake woman sued McDonald's in Cook County Circuit Court today claiming that her daughter was seriously burned in 2009 when a hot chocolate she ordered from the fast-food giant spilled and seriously burned her leg.

Sounds like McDonalds is about to be burned in court yet again. cybrcatter

If it's true that the lid was not properly secured, it does have some merit. $2,000,000 is quite a stretch, though. :?
