St. Louis County officials have now said the announcement of the grand jury’s decision will be made at 9 p.m. eastern time, 8 p.m. central time.

Pretty good chance he'll be found not guilty by the grand jury. From the evidence I've seen, which isn't much because very little has actually been released, it doesn't look like he broke any federal or state regulations, nor did he violate the police code of conduct. Since justice will be served I wonder if the protestors seeking justice will go home if he's found not guilty?

And honestly I cared more about Tyrion's trial then either of those.

And at 9PM people will lose their minds. Extremely shameful that some businesses and people have to fear for their lives because of some people in Ferguson.

My oh my, look at the images of protestors on MSNBC. Some are getting ready. I know exactly the feeling, the rush of adrenaline but you gotta keep calm and keep a cool head.

There is no excuse for violent protest. If that happens I hope the Police use all appropriate force to end the unrest.

Great, it'll be like the L.A. riots all over again.

When what's left of your civil liberties are finally stripped away, I hope that comment comes back to haunt you when you fight to get them back. I don't wanna see the protesters or cops get hurt, this whole thing is a tragedy, one persons life is ruined and another person is dead.

im just tired of hearing about this ferguson shit everytime i turn the news on. i live about 30 miles from Ferguson and its all the news can talk about. fuckin protests and shit.

Let's face it, if he was being charged they would have already announced it. The delay is to soften the cushion of inevitable unrest.

Everything is pointing to the cop not being indicted and there are so many agent provocateurs there right now that things are going to explode.

The danger of a non-indictment isn't more riots, it's more Darren Wilsons

A grand jury's job isn't to find him guilty or not, their job is to find whether or not there's sufficient evidence and probable cause for the case to move to bring forth charges to take the issue to a trial.

All things point to no charges. Which will not be good for Ferguson, unfortunately reason is not something many of its residents understand.

With the news of Officer Wilson not facing charges I hope the protesters show restraint in their anger and Wilson shows the common sense to move to reduce the chances of revenge attacks against him and his family.

The DA is explaining what is happening and nothing that he's said puts any fault on Officer Wilson. You, and those of you who are only willing to see one side of the argument, have ruined this PO's life. For no other reason than he's white and Michael Brown is black. You should be ashamed of yourself.

I hope there's no violence tonight, alot of healing needs to be done. The racebaiting for ratings in sections of the media over the last few months has been flat out disgusting.

It's not on him to show restraint because his life was in danger. You don't have to address anything, it doesn't make it any less true.

He just said all the black witnesses made sh!t up. "The others" were consistent though.

Nothing to do with the INITIAL contact, not that there was at no point during the stop that Wilson may or may not have been aware of the robbery. That's something that has been bugging me for a long time...that was the original statement (initial contact) but people have been twisting it like it meant Wilson couldn't have known at some point during the confrontation.

Anyways the decision doesn't surprise me, what evidence we did hear about leaned towards supporting Wilson's account. All of the evidence will be made available from my understanding, so it will be interesting to know the whole story.

Because you are COMPLETELY ignoring and distorting what is being said by this prosecutor. Wilson isn't untouchable as has been proven by this very process. He was investigated THOROUGHLY. Justice has been done. Read the report and stop being so blinded by your hate.

What a tragic situation. No one resorting to violence would be ideal. If anything, civil disobedience appeals to the humanity of the Western world. I am not siding with either group because I was not there.

I will say that it was unethical to leave Michael Brown, a human being, bleeding on the street to die when he could have been transported to a hospital, possibly saved, and tried then convicted with proof if found guilty.

That seems the right decisions based on the facts that have come out.....
