Who cares, crime isn't in your DNA, it's not about race. Crime is rooted in sub cultures. Any race that is more heavily concentrated in specific geographic locations where the very local culture of violence is under heavy influence, where they see it everyday, hear about it everyday, listen to music about it everyday, their brother, mother second cousin deals with crime in some form or fashion every single day....well It's a no durrrrr isn't it?
Crime has tendencies everywhere in the world by all races, but in America where minorities, due to past events and circumstances, has led them to concentrated areas that lack opportunities, wealth..etc then you're going to see much higher statistics since historically blacks were given less opportunities and more or less forced to live in certain areas that they were never able to get out of when things got better. Now we have a higher percentage of blacks that are raised a certain way, even to the point where gangs are considered cool, being cold and hard is considered pride and gets respect and peers degradingly call another black who tries to better himself "white" then we have a very difficult vicious circle to stop and it's not going to stop very easily or anytime soon.
America needs to invest in poor communities, tear down blighted buildings, attract business, provide more educational resources and funding directly into these areas which will gradually start to change the thinking of those living there. If any of you have been to these areas where cars sit on blocks, little kids will flip you off and someone pulls a gun on you because you're clearly out of town then you understand why those kids grow up with the attitudes they have and why crime is the only opportunities to better yourself.
