David Chang is great, and the dude is wicked smart, don't let his humble attitude deceive you lol.
Highly recommend people go watch Ugly Delicious. Also his Instagram account is hilarious, if you are into cooking at all.
Money went to a good cause, too; restaurant and hospitality industry has been hit really hard by COVID, those folks need all the help they can get. Most chefs and cooks don't get paid a lot as it is, so when disaster strikes they don't have much saved up.
