Dude, usually, you make sound judgments, but this one is way off. The girl was doing her own thing. She just happened to be closest to the cop while holding a water bottle after someone else tossed the water at the cops. This really is a case of the cop being in the wrong as the YT video shows.

I came in here and saw the exact opposite of what I was expecting; black on white. That sucks she didn't even throw the water. He could have easily detained(unjustly) her without punching.
Typical cop. There are countless stories of cops "fearing for their safety and their lives" who then get extremely violent and deadly doing things that any average person would go to prison for doing. I heard they are investigating the incident so hopefully he gets punished.
