Can anyone recommend me good shoe pads?

Hey, so I work in the VIP section of a casino waiting tables. I must wear a suit and dress shoes. The dress shoes themselves are comfortable, however, there is limited padding on the bottom. I have to stand for 10 hours with a 1 hour break after 5 hours. My feet really bother me after work. Anyone know of good shoe pads with a lot of cushion I can buy?
