Well ebay and people around your area. One of my best friends has like 6 arcade machines now, most of which are pretty expensive. He bought a Raiden DX machine for like $900, then bought additional PCB boards for it. He has a Time Warp pinball machine, was $700. Then he has a Virtual Fighter machine, gotta really good deal on that like $450. He has a Mortal Kombat 3 Ultimate Machine, bought it in separate parts, everything was like $500 I think. The last one he got was an original Asteroids machine, bought the monitor separate, put it all together for like $500. He always tells me one of them isn't working, and is constantly doing repairs, therefore you need to know how to work on them (he sure does).

Look on Ebay or type in arcade machines for sale on google and you'll eventually find a good place, but arcade machines I know for a fact are quite expensive.

It's cheaper (and more interesting) to build yourself a MAME cab
