Why don't you ask Putin to demand his release or else?
how many years will we have to wait before we put this savage to death? i heard death inmates had to wait for 20+ years before they're put to death. hopefully he'll become an atheist in his confinement

Putin is too busy celebrating his nation's awesome power and accomplishments ...
Waste of time and tax dollars.. Should have just given him multiple life sentences without parole.
Pretty sure him living to 98 will cost more than killing him in 30 years.
The police should have killed him two years ago when the had him cornered and saved even more $

If they just shoot him tomorrow all the time and tax dollars will be saved.

Ignorant people are the reason why the death penalty still exists.

So I guess you believe the Chinese are more ignorant than Americans, yes?
Anyway, I'm glad that the boy's veins are gonna get pumped full of Juice and send him to his 72 virgins. Heck, maybe the little bastard's cellmate can even help him find out what it feels like to lose a certain virginity while he waits?

China has a different justice system which doesn't cost that much.
irrelevant
Ignorant people are the reason why the death penalty still exists.
Spoken like a true SJW liberal.
lol wut
The acronym "SJW" has almost no meaning now.
What a fantastic honor to send off a mass murderer, spend triple the amount of money just for petty retribution.

Geez, you are one sick ****.

No.. I am sorry but that is incorrect.. Any and all death penalty trials cost the state (meaning us) many times more than any thing coming close to housing him for life due to our appeals system.

.. Ok lets break down this for you because it has nothing to do with SJW or other such bullshit.. A) It costs many times more than housing them for life due to the increased cost of appeals courts, putting a person to death.. On average around $3 million dollars.. More for a case like this..
B) It does absolutely nothing for preventing crime, the states with the death penalty do not have less violent crime rate than the states that do..
C) Housing them for life has the exact same outcome of killing them, they go away and we never see them ever again.
D) Evidence and investigation is never perfect, and we have put to death innocent people, that is a fact.. Even the FBI has been found to having bad investigations (read up on the recent hair lab scandal).. We can at least exonerate people who have been languishing in prison, it wouldn't make a difference if the person were put to death.. No amount of evidence proving their innocent will bring them back from the dead..
and finally E) killing the perp will not some how bring back the victims they murdered, nor should the justice system be based around retribution.
@richietickles: It won't, that's not how the US justice system works.
Because that would be too efficient, practical and save too much money.
Maybe because most people here find it more important that we don't execute innocent people (which we have numerous times in the past) instead of saving some money? Just a thought.
This Country of ours is weak, if it were up for me, I kill him the next day. Problem solve.
Actually it is this very notion why I would call you weak.. That you would basically sacrifice our very laws and ideals so you could execute the guy..

owned
his mom needs to be kidnapped and dropped off on US soil and charged for her role in getting her kids radicalized
What's this CIA wiffle waffle about? Do some people believe the CIA put him up to this, if so what would that achieve? Sorry but I'm not from the US of A so please explain.

He's already been proven guilty beyond a reason of doubt, so what's the hold up? His rights have been upheld to the fullest. He did the crime, got caught, exorcized his rights, was found guilty in a court of law by a group of his peers. Now there's no reason to dick around for twenty years and let him live off of tax payer money while he appeals and re-appeals and re-re-appeals, again, all at the tax payers expense.
Execute him and get it over with. Think of what all that wasted money could do for people and infrastructure of the US instead of being caught up in the legal system and going to the pockets of the already filthy rich.
If you agree with the US's justice system, you have to accept the verdict from the process of it and comply with the results.
His victims never received this much consideration or civil treatment.

People have been wrongly on death row before. That's why they get the chance to appeal. You can't just take away a basic principle of our justice system for some cases.
The truth is he was recruited by the CIA as an anti-terrorism unit with his brother, he was hired as a patsy thinking he was doing good. Given a backpack to study the safety measures of the Boston marathon. Similar to other American terrorism incidents (Oklahoma city, JFK etc.). This logic is perfectly explained in the movie Sniper with Mark Wahlberg where he's used as a patsy.
You think it's a fucking coincidence they murdered his brother and slit his vocal cords so he couldn't talk? How many of you have actually seen him talk and heard what he has to say? He's not exactly innocent, but he's not your enemy.
Problem
Reaction
Solution
is the game you've all been duped into.
@sSubZerOo: We all know what he did so why shouldn't we kill him?
He's a very young man, making him live the rest of his life under the strictest system possible seems like it could be more punishment than being put to sleep, you put dogs to sleep to relieve pain.

This was an act of terrorism so the trial should have been done in a military court instead.

Didn't his defense team even say that he was one of the bombers, just he was forced or something by his brother? Clearly guilty and clearly no evidence that shows otherwise.
Make a noose and find a tree and hang 'em high. Besides lawyers getting paid to gain the system for decades, there's no need to wait.
@BattleSpectre: precedent for martial law. It was a test of the publics acceptance of true martial law (military entering homes, 100% revocation of human rights). Problem, reaction solution. Order out of chaos. The reason it's done this way is similar to the frog in boiling water allegory; put the frog in boiling water (unleash 100% fascism all at once) will result in rejection of said conditions, however slowly increasing the temperature the frog will not move (implement fascist airport security, test military equipment on the populace e.g. LRAD cannons at protests, test martial law, slowly but surely degrade gun rights).
All of you Americans are slowly going to boil to death. Everything you once had is slowly being taken away until one day you'll be in a giant prison system with little to no wealth or ability to change ones own living conditions.
Heck, maybe the little bastard's cellmate can even help him find out what it feels like to lose a certain virginity while he waits?

What Dzhokar did is sick and what he and his cellmate do together at night is only natural.
@rabakill: Good thing I live in Australia. xD
Spiders are a lot scarier than Boston.
Force him to eat bacons first huehuehue
It's bad for your arteries though I think he should change his diet to include more greens to be more balanced it's very important especially in later life.

You're not wrong, there's one thing that can make a young male adult (me) scream like a little girl, and that's spiders... whether they are big or small I run lol.
