I need a good way to lose weight I'm not relly that fat just a litte but what is the fastes way to lose fat and don't say a diet

Just don't eat as much as you usually eat, and you'll eventually see your weight drop due to your metabolism.

If you don't want to cut back on your food intake then you will have to exercise more. This isn't rocket science.

Eat healthier, get at least 7 fruits or vegetables in per day, stop drinking pop, and really lay off the chips, cookies and generally crap food. And by lay off, I mean no more than like once a week, and if you do need to have sweets, just have an apple instead of a cookie or something.

First, you need to divide your weight by half and drink that many ounces of water a day...it`ll make you feel good...and if you stop for one day...you`ll feel bad. And this program generally works. Do cardio every day except sunday, lift weights monday wednesday and friday....if you cant do that, do sit ups, crunches, sit ups, icline lifts....for eating, usually eggs and a bannan are good for breakfast...sounds bad but you`ll get used to it....lunch, tuna, turky, but on wheat...make sure you drink 8 glasses of milk and get in 3 fruits and 2 vegies...atleast...if there is anything else you need...oh, and try not to eat to many sweats...one small thing a day is fine if you have to have them..

Eight glasses of milk a day? Do you know how much fat milk has in it? Unless you mean low fat or skim milk that is a bad idea.

To the OP, if you want to slim down a little the best way to do that would be to run. Can't say much more, just get up and start running at least 3-4 times a week for about 30 minutes total.

And don't eat a lot of junk food.

For the guy that wants to build muscle mass, as someone said before, consume a lot of protein. You should be consuming protein equivalent to your weight in grams (i.e. if you weight 150 lbs, consume 150g of protein a day). Then start working out maybe 3 times a week. Don't overdo it or you could injure yourself.

Lastly, you should probably talk to your doctor.

I'm not sure if you mean height or weight so just cut yourself off at the knees and you lose both.
