I'm trying to search the net to see if you can set up a back account at a brick and mortar place that requires you to be in person to sign for any withdrawals and makes it impossible for anyone including yourself from accessing it from the web. Meaning in order to use the web for the account you'd have to sign in person at the bank to unlock the account specifically for web access as well as for any withdrawals.

I can just call up my bank now to find out but I'm intrigued I can't find this info on the net. Can any of you financial types or anyone find this on the web? It's to have some money almost as if it was in a safe to guard against losing it from hackers. Ideally you could afford enough money in an account like this one to get by for a while just in case.

Since I seriously doubt you have more than $250k, the FDIC insures up to that amount. So you really have nothing to worry about from hackers.
