Sometimes I play them a lot but that's usually a set up thing where me and my buddies plan on playing Gears of War for at least a few hours. I usually play like an hour a day is all (I work swing and watch my kids during the day so when they sleep I have time to burn. I love games but I love doing other stuff much more! Also, I think playing too much every now and then doesn't make you an addict. If it is all you ever do with any spare time then you could be considered an addict.
No, I'm far from addicted, I forget to play often... anyway, I do think addiction to videogames exists, now not the extreem way concerned mom's think, but in extreme cases, I think it can very well be addiction often.
when I played EQ1 and WoW I was an addict...now I try not to do more than 2 hours at any given sitting..and try to limit that to a few times a week at most
